As Director of Operations, Kadi uses her professional background and vast experience at Peter Schwabe, Inc. to promote collaboration and process improvement throughout the organization. She collaborates with employees and the leadership team to ensure the firm's vision is achieved. As "chief people person," she works to recruit and retain talent that embodies the company's core values. And as "integrator," Kadi is trusted by the CEO to implement initiatives that fulfill the company's goals, maintain its culture and ensure its future.
Outside the Office
When not working hard to help grow the firm, Kadi enjoys reading, shopping and camping with her friends and family, including her two beautiful children. She loves traveling and baseball, especially the Brewers... and hates cleaning!
