Quality and Safety
Peter Schwabe goes beyond the ordinary with LEED accredited professionals on staff providing services necessary to create solutions for the benefit of the environment. In 2009, PSI established a Director of Quality & Training and implemented a mandatory training program for all employees. We share concerns, vision, and enthusiasm to promote environmental leadership, quality, and safety throughout the steps of the building process.
Dan’s intense knowledge of and respect for the industry were developed through the multiple roles he has played at PSI. From carpentry apprentice to project manager to president/CEO, Dan’s vast experience gives him a unique understanding of what it takes to run a successful construction project…and business.
Director of Finance and Strategy
Peter has decades of experience leading closely held businesses to develop and implement financial and growth strategy. His roots are in the construction industry and, although he has worked with numerous other businesses, he has been involved in the Schwabe family business his entire life.
Vice President and General Manager
Over the 30-plus years Jeff has dedicated to the construction industry, he has experienced a wide variety of projects in nearly every industry. Educated as an engineer, Jeff applies his analytical skills to meticulous analyze processes and address any problems that arise.
Chief Financial Officer
Don has decades of experience working with closely held business of all sizes, including general and specialty contractors. He has deep knowledge of capital financing, cash management, and business strategies. His specialty is analyzing business operations to identify ways to make them more profitable.
Director of Business Development
Michael has 20-plus years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. His clients tell him they appreciate the fact that to Michael, the relationship doesn’t stop after a contract is signed. He is personally invested in and committed to each project.
