Peter Schwabe, Inc. was retained to rebuild a new McDonald's on an existing McDonald's site. The result? This beautiful, lakeside restaurant on the shores of Fox Lake in Illinois. The owner wanted to take advantage of the unique location to welcome boaters and outdoor diners. Due to difficult soil conditions related to proximity to the bay, we installed Helical piers for additional stability and load-bearing capacity.
