Known for our ability to meet the exacting brand specifications of national and local chain restaurants, Peter Schwabe, Inc. was selected to complete the front-of-house remodel of this Panera Bread in Fairview Heights, IL. The new space features on-trend design and colors, and comfort elements for customer enjoyment. Our crew was able to complete the update of this 2500 square foot restaurant in just two weeks. Because we worked through the night -- 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. -- the facility remained open for business during the duration of the project.
